Directions:

• With the wide end pointing toward the big toe and the flat side facing the floor, position the cushion under the little toes.
• Slip the strap over the second, third or fourth toe.
• Pull the loose end of the strap gently until the cushion fits comfortably against the skin.
• Do not adjust the strap too tightly.
• When removing from the foot, slide off carefully to prevent the strap from slipping out of the slot.

Care:

• Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
• Press flat in a towel to remove excess moisture.
